My name is Apurv Bhagat, having Subscriber Id:1175689759 from Kolkata.
In my observation, there is a breach in calculation of charges for my subscription id. I have recharged my subscription in October 2019 for Rs. 4392/- And also had a carry forward balance of Rs. 267.86/- in my account from September 2019. As per my invoice, I have received a credit of one month as I did a recharge yearly. (Please find attached PDF’s on my calculation and all the invoice thereafter. Note: I have not received Invoice for November 2019 so it’s not attached.)
As per my simple calculation and as per the bills received, my account should show a balance of Rs. 1528.83/- instead of Rs. 945.16/- as on 18.08.2020.(Please see attached Web Portal Screenshot).
Thus there is breach in amount and something illegal is going on for my subscriber Id. Can you please look into this matter asap?
