My name is Mrunal 3 days back I got a call from silvertech solution for a home based part-time work. I have worked 3 days and done close to 200 alerts.
Due to my system failure I was unable to log out from the application they have provided. I tried to log back in again and got message that my account is blocked.
I informed them they asked me money of 5000 rupees, which I gave them. They are again asking for 37000 rupees with a message that collect your NOC before 5 September and today is 10 september.
I have attached a screenshot of the SMS as well.
Since I am also working for a multinational company here if our Id got suspended/blocked then we call our IT department and fix the issue. How is it possible that they will as me 7000 rupees to get the ID reinstated.
2. There is no IT department in silvertech. There is only one individual sitting in Customer care department
3. They gave me 1 hour time to pay 25000 rupees to get the NOC.
4. they gave me a account number to pay the amount. They have also asked me my credit card details since I am unable to pay such big amount in just one hour.
5. They told me if you trust us then give me card details.
Then I got a message from MD-HCCRRT is as follows
Your Case Has Been Registered At Adalat Road, Samadhan Colony, Konkanwadi, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431005. Case Type – Breaching Contract Of SILVER TECH SOLUTIONS. Case Status – Approval Case number – UEL07/2019/258 Filing number -2019/589 FIR Number – APG/RB/5791/LM75 Under Act – IPC 73, 74A.
