I ordered two shoes and one bag from Brandzook. I received a call to do some partial payment online and rest on delivery. I asked the person if the products were authentic and he sent me many screenshots of reviews. When i received the parcel it contained all cheap destroyed products which were nothing like how everything looked on the website.
They are not accepting returns. Everything return on the website is fake. AFter delivery they stop receiving calls .
