I ordered an online bag for ₹3000….instead of that bag mereko ek undergarment receive hua hai….and ₹3000 is not a small amount….Iam contacting them requesting for return and refund…pending status show ho rha hai….Not accepting calls…Before purchasing I asked them about their return and refund policy…and they said within 7days permitted
