I ordered Jordan One shoes for 3999 rupees and received black school shoes in the wrong size, in tattered packaging and multiple days late. I have submitted multiple refund requests, emailed the customer service team repeatedly with images and called their warehouse and number on the website. I have received no response from any of these platforms except an automated response on email telling me to wait for the approval. I am extremely disappointed with the product and lack of communication. This website is a scam.
