I placed an order for 2 black handbags worth ₹6648 and paid through my credit card. I was shocked when I received 2 random bags (one pink and one beige) that couldn’t have been worth more than ₹100.
They supposedly have a 7 day return policy but there’s no response from their side when I emailed them, whatsapped them and gave a return and refund request from their website.
There is a return address on the courier package that does not match the return address listed on their website.
The website is a huge scam and I am worried that I won’t get my money returned

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
