i made a purchase from the company of a pair of shoes and they delivered a completely different one. it’s not the same material, design, company or even the same colour. since then i’ve filed a return which has not been answered. i tried to reach out with no response from them.

i ordered a bag worth 4000 rupees and i got a cheap bag worth 100 rupees nobody is answering their phone they are not replying to our messages BRANDMAART IS A FRAUD COMPANY BASTARDS U will have to pay back u have cheated many many people THis is not duplicate message it happend to me today
I ordered a bag worth 3500/- rupees and I got a cheap jute child bag worth 100 rupees. I have sent many mails and tried contacting them on phone both audio and what’s app nobody is answering their phone they are not replying to our messages. BRANDMAART IS A FRAUD COMPANY and cheating many innocents who are attracted by their beautiful ADs and APP. If you don’t replace right item , you sure be ready for the consequences . Police is on look out for you.
The worst part is what ever app I open their AD appears even here .
