I ordered Converse Chuck Taylor 70 for Rs 3500 from Branmaart online shopping website but instead got a cheap running shoe .

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
