I purchased a TShirt costing 1599/- from www.brandmaart.com. Prior to purchasing I had inquired on their WhatsApp Customer Support about Availability and Refund Options. They confirmed the product I wanted to purchase was in stock and if anything was wrong, there was a 7 days exchange/refund policy. I proceeded with Purchase, received a second hand childs top which was shipped by Ship rocket Courier service. Raised a complaint on Brandmaart.com, sent email, also sent messages to their Customer Service WhatsApp numbers. There has been no response. This looks to be a Fraud Website. Kindly take action .
