sir, I ordered one brand of shoe from your flipkart on 14 sep th which is priced at Rs 2400 and order number is OD22600271976898200 when I received it then it was of some other brand. I requested 3-4 times to return it but He is being rejected(my reject request date is 16,17,18.and 19 all are rejected by the seller/flipkart team ). I was also asked for my id card, I also gave it to him but I am not getting any support.sir I am a man doing a small job, Rs 2400 is a lot for me. sir the last date to be back is 26. sir it is only trust that people like us get a chance to associate with a big brand like you but by adding so many dirty sellers only you are cheating with your brand and the customer should be upset too. You are requested to help me and resolve my issue.after this still i have not received any solution but only get rejection no one is giving any proper response only customer care team wants rating.
