Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased one pair sketcher running shoes on 17/06/2022 from Flipkart online shopping.
But at present the shoes damaged.
Being a branded company have to care about customers but the company fully ignore to accept the bad quality and also denied to repair it or exchange. so kindly take a warm look regarding this matter as soon as possible, and reply me what to do now.
Sketcher is a branded company and it is also too costly other than ii is just like a local brand shoes and receive a big amount by selling .
The company don’t accepct the poor quality is to much poor.
Whatever please solve my issue.
I am sending the picture of shoes and also the invoice copy .
I mailed to the company regarding this matter but they denied to do anything for my problem.
