“We placed an order on BrandClothing.myshopline for a pack of 4 slim casual Cotton Linen shirts (M size) at a price of 1,198. The website claimed free shipping. However, we have been greatly disappointed as the website sent us a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, both of which were dirty. We are seeking a solution to this issue and would appreciate your assistance.”The delivery was made by Amazon, and I possess the corresponding invoice as evidence.
