Hi, I had recently purchased a Brand New Samsung 700 L Frost Free Side by Side Refrigerator (Gentle Silver Matt, RS72R5001M9/TL) of Samsung company from Flipkart.
But the product is not working properly. The refrigerator stops cooling anytime due which the eatables inside it gets spoiled.
I had had complained the same to the Samsung company 3-4 times with Service Request Numbers – 4305388208 , 4305248027 , 2277130389 , 2276639453 .
Even two of the Engineer Visited my Home and checked the product. But none of them were able to solve my issue . One engineer said that the compressor is little chocked and he has cleaned it now and also recommended me that i should use Refrigerator on Inverter which is not possible for me.
Also when another engineer visited my home he asked me to attach the stablizer with the Fridge even when the Stablizer is inbuilt in the product itself. I confirmed the same from Samsung Care they clearly said that i do not need to attach the Stablizer.
Every Day my daily essentials inside the refrigerator are getting spoiled and no one is able to solve my issue and make my Product work properly.
I see that my Refrigerator is Defective but the Samsung Company is just passing time and not doing anything else.
I need My refrigerator to be replaced as there is some internal fault in the product which i think can not be solved by Samsung Engineers.
Please i request to you kindly get my Product Replaced as Every day my Eatables are getting spoiled inside the fridge and Samsung is not Doing anything in it.
