I ordered a Women’s karl belt and paid the full amount online. What i received was a very street quality random mens belt. I thought it was a mistake so requested an exchange on the website but now it has been weeks that no one is responding. It is just absolutely a fraud. No wonder there are several cases like this.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
