I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for the price of Rs 6498.00 on the 10/08/22 for a Nike Air Max 270 sneakers and Air Jordan 4 retro “white Oreo “ sneakers ( Rs 3499+ Rs 2999) .
We have received the delivery today on 19th August 2022 which has no such shoes instead 2 pairs of rubbish footwear.
There is no reply to emails – no reply to what’s app chat from the official number – no number to call !
Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
