I have ordered a lacoste polo tshirt of worth ₹1650 nd i got a wrong article worth ₹50 nd if imma tring to refund it they are not even replying they are also bot opening the link with which i can refund the product

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
