The complaint is against a Partnership firm based at 510, 5th Floor, Sez Plaza, Marve Road, Malad West, Mumbai with Varsha Soni and her staff members Aakruti Sethi, Nisha Patil. I have paid ₹4, 11, 000.00 (Four Lacs and Eleven Thousand) for Web Media Inbound Process to Xpress Solutions via NEFT’s as refundable Security Deposit after visits to their office. They sent us the draft agreement for the same to process for hard copy upon confirmation but never sent us the hard copy of the contract. However, they responded for candidate selection and upon successful required candidates selected they will send the hard copy of the same. To start the process they sent us the Job Description for candidates and gave time slot of 2 hours a week (Tuesday & Friday, evening 5 to 7 PM) for candidate screening and selection via consecutive online interviews. We provided with both freshers and experienced candidates but they rejected all the candidates stating them as incompetent as per the JD. Sometimes they would simply make excuses for technical issues and skip the same. Even during time of interviews their side camera was turned off all the time. They always contacted via skype and whatsapp calls only. Even if we called via phone directly they would never respond or call back normal times stating that the reception at their place was poor. When we sensed fraud and confronted them to withdraw the project and refund the amount Aakruti Sethi informed she will update on refund formalities after discussion with Varsha (Director). We kept trying them for long time via calls and whatsapp but they never responded. Since then all their numbers are not in use, website down, mails bouncing back and office space vacated. Request you to kindly help us to get our security deposit back and put the culprits behind bars for such fraud.
