Bought an AC on which their installation people kept on denying installation. The team which came forced us to add work to it for money and we ended up paying approx 1500 rupees. They were not following instructions as well because of which a hole on the panel can been seen and their solution was to hide it with a white tape. I have the photos of the work they have done. The worst customer experience I have beared in my life. They have service mechanics who are only looking to add stuff to extract money and if you do not agree then they deny for installation. They were suppose to install it on Saturday but after 50+ follow ups, they came on Monday because of which I had to skip work today and that too such pathetic work that they have delivered
