Dear Authorities
I would like to make a complaint. I have ordered 10 underwears of XXL size. But I have only got delivered one box with 4 underwears in it. And that too incorrect size M and worst quality. Items received not even worth Rs.200 but the courier guy took Rs.1100 cash from me. I visited their website but no contact details. Even sent them an email which is mentioned in their website – support@boxhero.in is getting bounced.
My Order ID was 4353550.
Requesting authorities, please take a legal action on such fraud companies and help me to get my money refunded.
