I paid an amount of INR 5398.00 on 19–AUG-2020 at 17:25 with UPI Ref no. 023217518031 for the order done on boxgig.in via online.
The order id they gave is BG1696. In spite of a couple of reminders, I did not receive the products. After that, the website seems non-operational. This looks like fraud, so I need my money back.
