I have brought a mobile from bajaj finserv. yesterday on 2 of august due to payment issues i was unable to maintain account balance to monthly emi.
they have charged Rs. 295 on yesterday as a charge. and now bajaj finserv added another 505 to the normal emi amount to 2934.
that means i need to pay 2934 (EMI amount)+ 295 (Bounce charge 1)+ 505(Bounce charge 2)=3734.
The Charge amount is almost 25% of EMI amount. is it fair? They had to disclose the information about it at the time of loan file creation. thats they i was framed.
I dont want anybody get framed like this. its a big scam from such companies.
