I bought a Boult Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart on 2nd June 2023 and i received the product on 7th of June , on the same day i place a return request to Flipkart . I got a call back from Flipkart executive he guided me for the refund procedure and then a process of misleading their customer by calling them again and again started .Then they convinced me that they will place a pick up return from the team by technician visit . There was 3 technicians visit happened to my house and after 17 days now they are saying that the product is not eligible for return . This type of inconvenience and trauma to customer is very intollorable . They are pathetic, they don’t even understand how to talk to their customers .
I need my money back and they should get lesson to not to provide wrong information to their customer
