I ordered boult audio maverick earbuds on 31st July. My order id is BAD2CN212227703. I have been contacting them and they are abusing me and cutting my calls. They haven’t even Shipped my order yet. They are just scamming millions of Indian citizens every day and no one’s taking any action against them.
Do not buy anything from them. They are a fraud company for following reasons:
As soon as you order there’s no cash on delivery available. So you will have to get prepaid order and then you can’t cancel it and no refund policy.
They will not ship you like other websites instead the delivery will be delayed as much as to their will.
There’s a 60% chance they will send you defect product, wrong item, used item etc.
So then you’ll have to contact them and boy let me tell you it’s the worst nightmare. The customer care agents are uneducated morons who will abuse you or just keep beating around the bush till u give up and if that’s not the case they will keep cutting your conversations so you have to go through calling them again and again.
If by chance you received a working pair of ear buds it won’t last long pretty soon on of the ear buds will stop from working and then they will tell you to ship them through courier service at your own expenses.
Their policy for service shipment is you will have to write ticket id on the courier and if it’s not received within 7 days your order is gone.
It doesn’t end here then they will keep you waiting for months before sending you the wrong order , defective order again or even empty box.
Please save your time. Never buy boult audio. It’s a scam company.
If you are someone in authority please take a legal action against such scammed.
