I have purchased Boult Audio W20 Blue TWS, and i received a empty package. i sent a unboxing video to the company via Whatsapp and Mail. First they were denying to accept my video. After some conversation they accept my video and approved that and told me that my problem will resolve with in 24 to 48 hrs. I am calling to Boult Audio and sending them a message to ask them status of my complained but they are on recorded mode. They are still saying that my complained is approved and will resolve within 48 hrs.
Kindly guide me what should i do.
