I had ordered Bolt audio ear phone on 24th July. Which I got on 28th July. But when I used it, it was not working well. So I ordered on Amazon’s app to return on July 29th. So on August 2, the order to return the ear phone came and neither anyone’s call came nor did anyone come for pickup. Then I spoke to Amazon customer care and they said that we will take back the earphones on 4th August. But till now neither my product has been taken back. Nor has my money been refunded. I have spoken to Amazon customer care many times.
