I bought a car from Spinny on 20 March 2023 and even after several follow ups with them every month, RC is not yet transferred. Everytime they send a mail saying it will take 20-25 days since past 6 months.
My car met with an accident few days back and I want to get it repaired but insurance company is not helping or allowing for the claim as RC is still on someone else’s name.
It has been a mental torture from the time I bought this car.
