Text of Complaint by Abhishek:

I have been taking continuous follow ups since 20th October, 2021 to Jeeves customer service for my bosch washing machine water leakage issue. I have an active extended warranty (3 years) for the washing machine. Following the multiple follow ups, customer service reps had mentioned they could not find my request ticket, so my new request ticket was finally raised on 27th October, 2021. Then I had to take multiple follow ups with the technician who gave a visit on 29th October, 2021. The technician had identified the issue as internal pipe damage. To fix the issue, he put a tape on the pipe and had promised the pipe would be replaced in 3-4 business working days. I have been trying to reach and have tried calling the technician multiple time but there is no response from his end. So I decided to raise a complaint via Jeeves customer service number. I have again called a lot of times to Jeeves number in past few days, but they have been delaying my request saying that higher authorities will contact me in 2 business days, but again no response till date. I regret purchasing the extended warranty from Jeeves brand and will ensure to publish this incident through right social media channels so that people are aware of the poor service given and the mental agony caused due to it.
