I need clarification as to how my due date have changed from May 15 to May 7 for my boradband number 020-46997930 \ airtel fixedline ID 02092511946_mh. Earlier also, I have paid my bill on time on 15th April. The next due date should be May 15. kindly change the due date at your end and send the revised intimation to me.
I have send repeated mails to customer care 121@in.airtel.com but there is no action from their side.
