This complaint is for violation of law to individual’s right to his/her privacy and right to property. Unlocking bootloader leads to revoke vivo’s authority from my smartphone and i will be able to customizations in my smartphone software in whatever way i want. I contacted vivo via evey platform they have provided to get the job done but vivo declined my request stating that it is illegal to root device. But i was shocked because my cousin who has Redmi Note 7 the day before making contact to vivo. But India’s copyright law of Digital rights management (DMR) passed in 2012 clearly states that rooting a device is legal. I hereby demand the Consumer judiciary to charge a serious fine against Vivo firm making them realize of taking such steps and making such policies which are totally against the Constitution of the nation ( INDIA), which will also provide ease to the brothers and sisters of my nation consering every individual rights.
