I am a student by conveniening my parents day and night i managed to order three books from Amazon.
When i received the parcel my parcel was in tored pakage and two books were missing, when i denied to accept the parcel as it was in such condition the delivery agent requested to accept it by saying that he already had updated delivery status and did requested multiple times. I did contact consumer care multiple time all they said was investigation team denied your refund or replacement.
Sir/Madam I am a Compelled student trying to study my parents are too strict in such conditions the way I console them is all I know.
I can provide you’ll with evidence if possible I have camera recording too.
Please help me those money thus matters to me
