I had booked an Indigo Mumbai-Jabalpur flight ticket from Bookotrip on March 9th 2020, However, later my flight was cancelled because of COVID restrictions and as per the advisory.
I have been in touch with their customer service and for months they’ve been telling me that they haven’t yet received the refund from the airline and they will refund me once they have received the money back from the airlines. However, now for more than 10 months, they have stopped replying to my emails, and they do not pick up their phone.
