Hi Team,

I had ordered a Tab through Bookmytab for INR 3999.2, thru PhonePe on 13-Jul’20. Order number provided was 1940577635, but till date i have NOT received any confirmation email on the product shipment or order placed, Neither their customer service contact number or email id is valid, Looks like everything is fake.

I then searched for a contact number online and found a number 7866875425, when i contacted the person took the order details and then sent me a message which i was asked to be forwarded to another contact number 9901771222 for me to get my refund.

I clearly suspect a case of fraud and requesting concern authority to take required action and help me get my refund.
