I have ordered my tablet (Wizpad S5 HD 26.72 cm (10.5 inch) 4G Tablet 4 GB RAM, 64 GB) through book my tab website i have done payment of Rs. 3999.20 online through my debit card on 20th Sep. 2020. Today on 24th Sep. 2020 I received DTDC courier (AWB No. 700015196457 000) but found cracked / damaged mobile in parcel instead of Tablet.
I want my ordered tablet or refund of 3999.20.
