I have purchased a Tablet called Wizard Z1 PRO and made a payment of Rs. 3999.20 dated 25/09/2020 vide payment id : 359276140. I received courier on 01/10/2020. But when I opened that packet, I found that this product is totally different compared to what i ordered. I received a PRATA Smartphone with product description SKU-138(Tab). Now I try to contact the company but all 3 contact option provided by the company is not working. Kindly take such legal action against such fraud suppliers.
