Bookmyshow has an offer for rupay credit card holders for the lollapalooza event, offering GA tickets which cost INR 9999 at the sale price of INR 5999. In the app, they have one main lollapalooza event ticket sale page and one hidden “rupay sale page”. When I clicked on the apply credit card offer page there is an offer available called “Rupay lollapalooza 2025 offer”. On clicking this, it leads to a page describing the offer with a skip button on the top right and a PROCEED TO PAYMENT button below, implying I am proceeding with the offer to my payment. However, the offer DOES not get applied. In this manner, I purchased 2 tickets and made the payment expecting the offer to be applied. It did not. When I contacted customer care with the complaint, they tell me I made a mistake and there is an entirely different booking page for the rupay offer. Why is the offer listed under credit card offer then? Why does it seem to apply offer? It is a scam misleading the customer and making them doubt the method of booking.
