I had booked for color coded sticker on BookMyHsrp.com website and got dealer appointment for 4th Feb, Order No : STBMUPD08C10A1-8E7F. I went to dealership nearly 30 kms from my house, which was only available dealer online to fix the sticker on 4th Feb 2021 only to know that sticker was not delivered by the company to the dealer. I came back home and called Rosmerta customer care, they told me sticker was not delivered due to unavailability of the riders and sticker would be delivered to the dealership by 12 pm on 6th Feb 2021. On 11th Feb I went back to the dealership again but to my dismay sticker was still not delivered by the company. I applied for the cancellation of the order since I could not go back again again and got the sticker fixed at a showroom near my home which I came to know about by the executive at the dealership.
But bookmyhsrp refused to cancel the order although it was due to fault on there part.I would like to get back the refund along with compensation for my order.
