Complaint is against bookleafpublishers they charged registration fees of 1999 for entry into their pietry challenge and an additional 8899 for priority publishing in 15 days . Book submitted on June 3rd . Neither is the book published nor are they refunding the amount paid. Several tickets raised several watsapp texts sent no action taken
