I booked redBus Ticket – TS6X26588819 on June 1, 2023 from Shatabdi train bound to Bhopal at 3:31 PM IST and reached platform no. 6 (Verma Travels office on Bhopal Railway station in Auto from platform no.1 and reached at 3:45 PM. The official informed me that pickup van was already gone at 3:20 PM and I need to travel on my own to Lal ghati. I obliged and called the driver to wait but the driver did not wait and left Lal Ghati stop. Why did they take the booking for the 4 PM bus at 3:31 PM when the pickup service was already gone from the pickup point.
I need a full refund of my amount INR 901.40 as I did not travel as the information was provided to me wrong on SMS and email.
