As per the subject i want to COMPLAIN your “BHUJ-NY CINEMA” which has taken my booking of MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI on 21st of FEB and they had call me on 22-Feb on 5.30 pm that today’s show is not play due to technical issue . But sir i had ask some question to your senior persons that why they had taken my booking and why they had first book wrong booking of my ticket on 21-feb and then i had correct her to please check i had book my ticket in MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI not on CHHAVA Then they changed booking ok that also ok for me… and on next day i got big trouble on 22-feb that your team has call me and said that we are not playing show of
MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI due to tecnical issues then WHY ITS SHOWING ON BOOKING TICKET SCREEN ON 22-FEB WHICH I HAD SHARING YOUR THE PICTURES OF BHUJ NY CINEMA .
need justices why why this is happening in BHUJ – NY CINEMAS
we are paying amt and popcorners payments sir….this is not the way to treat a client like this and me and my whole team which are bulk booking of 10-25 personas are regular booking in NY CINEMAS.
Query and questions are mentioned below :-
1. Why take a booking on 21-feb if MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI.
2. The booking screen 22-feb is showing in the image that the show will start at 10.pm how if having tecnical issues.
( I had shared a photo of that booking screen ).
3. Why onces booked and not playing MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI on 22-feb-2025.
4. They said that 23-feb they also did not play the show ” MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI”.
5. If you have a technical issue and how could you know that you don’t play a show on a 23-feab night show without trying.
6.Why booked a mistake first on 21-feb 2025 chhava and then MERE HUSBAND KI BIWI .
