I did my booking online via https://www.easemytrip.com/ for a ticket from Zagreb to Bucharest on 19/5/23 and despite receiving both PNR and e-ticket booking confirmation, I have my booking rejected. Payment was also successful.
So when asked to provide a legit reason, the agent/care center personnel of easemytrip care contact didn’t provide one. No responses to the emails either.
The refund request has been made over the phone and I was advised to wait 7 days. But I don’t know whether it guarantees the transaction reversal to my account.
