Sir, I had made an advance booking for an Activa scooter with EVM Honda Neeramankara Thiruvananthapuram on 25/8/2011 for Rs1850, (agreed at time of bkg any time refund). When I claimed refund with original receipts recently they straight away rejected the refund saying that it’s too old to make a refund now, and not possible. As I do not want to loose my hard earned money, please help.
