Text of Complaint by Yashpal Singh chundawat:

i booked my bike on 21 oct. 2021 with booking amount of 19,999 RS. WITH BOOKING ID- RV400-BLK-P118-JAN-FEB22-274818.
my delivery date was jan feb 2022 but company not delivered my bike till may 2022. when i talked with revolt customer care they told me we didn’t have bike showroom in jodhpur. so i change my pickup address to jaipur and they told me that i will receive my bike within 15 days FROM JAIPUR.

Till march 2023 they didn’t delivered my bike. in march 23 i receive a call from jaipur revolt house they told me that my bike is ready for dispatch but rate is hike now. current rate is 1,75000.
i told them that delivery delay from your side its not my fault. when i booked bike rate was 1,35,000 so why i pay extra. they denied this
so i cancelled my bike on 12 april 2023. customer care executive told me that i got my refund within 7 to 10 working days. after completing more than 15 months still i didn’t receive my refund.

AFTER MANY CALLS & MAILS STILL NO SOLUTION.
