Text of Complaint by Harshveer Singh:

its already past 2weeks now., And as per the representatives and as per the contact or the conversation i had with your representative VARSHA , my refund was to be reflected in my account within 5-7 maximum days limit as per the guarantee, and i was already informed that it would take minimum 24 to 48 hrs from the day of booking, and my booking was aborted due to unavailability of seats , so the refund was auto-initiated already as per your company. And the booking was on FEBRUARY 1st around 2.30 pm but the booking was aborted after 15-20min of the booking time. Pls try to understand and i need my refund ASAP. Its not good for your company to harass a customer of yours like this. Pls try to understand the situation I’m going through.

And i need a confirmation e-mail regarding the exact dates of the refund initiated.

This was the situation and the same I’m going through now also…no response is there from the so called varafi
