I had booked a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 EFI through RE app vide Booking Number BKG006362CD01297 through Chirag Enfield Maligaon, Assam 781001 on 06 Feb 21. Dealer is telling that the same is not reflecting in his system. I made the complain to Royal Enfield Customer Care on 12 Feb, 13 Feb and 15 Feb 21 but did not received any response either customer care or dealer. Now my ₹10,000/- booking amount is stuck as customer care is telling that amount will be refunded from dealer only and dealer is telling that your booking is not reflecting in my system.
