Had done a booking from Agoda website for hotel Sterling Mac Bangalore for 4 nights from 3rd August to 7th aug 2021 and the money was paid through credit card the amount is 10745/-
Usually the confirmation of the booking comes up immediately but here after waiting for sometime no confirmation mail came but the money had been deducted from my bank.
Tried contacting the bank to stop the payment but they said they can’t anything and trying to connect with Agoda India but don’t have any customer care number,only restricted questions to answer and there is nothing that talks about these kind frauds or support from the company.

The money credited to was Retail domestic PT mumbai
Don’t know how to get rhe refund in this type of fraud
