I purchased the membership of CHIS in December 2021 by paying 1 lac rupees. I also paid AMC of Rs. 30000 for 3 years. Since then I availed only 3 days holiday that too in Delhi itself. Now whenever I am asking a booking, they say that booking is not available in these dates or month or year. Practically, they are not giving me any Booking. I am keep on rescheduling my dates according to their mails but still they are saying that booking is not available. They have the worst customer care executives who don’t know how to talk or perhaps told to talk badly to the customers. This company should be shutt-down as they are looters of money. Fraud company. Pathetic service or no service at all.
They don’t return your money. They don’t give you any Booking.
