On 1.4.2022 I have booked a 3 in 1 nose trimmer and paid a sum of Rs.499 from my credit card through RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUM. But till today I have not received either the order confirmation or the despatch details. Earlier also I have made small payment for other material through RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUM but I have not received any material. Hence this complaint.
