I had booked a holiday package in February 2020 for Shimla, Manila, Chandigarh – To and From Mumbai – Delhi flights for 6 days 7 nights and paid total amount of 65000/- it has been almost a year now but no news from Make my Trip for any refund etc, since everything got cancelled due to pandemic.
Their phone lines are not working and everything is automated. Additionally my package details are not available online. No human being available to speak. also all the offices within Mumbai cities the phone numbers are switched off.
Request authority to look into this and please refund the entire amount in this pandemic situation.
