I was trying to book hotel and was using UPI as payment method. However my money got deducted from my account but didn’t receive any booking confirmation and also can’t see my booking on My Booking section of their site.
The UPI transaction id is 128272539814 and amount deducted is 8962 rupees.
Please get our amount refunded as soon as possible attached the screenshot for above.
