I booked 2 tickets from travolook on 27th/Sept and within 10 minutes I got an email saying your booking is canceled due to fare expiration and then I am following them to refund my booking amount but it has been around 1 month – I didn’t get any refund and support@travolook.in is NOT replying to my emails and call center is also no picking my phone.
